The Reverse Sonic
The Polarity Switch
The X-tetrad Leapfrog
The Single Tap
The Double Tap
The 9-Fingered Death Punch

EASY

1) The Convertible:

The most basic move. Spin the fidget in one hand pinching it with your thumb and middle finger. Keep your thumb on the top. Then slowly let your thumb off the spinner so that the spinner is perfectly balanced on your middle finger.

2) The Change-up:

Spin the fidget in one hand pinching it with your thumb and index finger. Then toss it in the air and catch it with the thumb and index finger of your opposite hand without letting the spinner stop. Repeat.

3) The Reverse Sonic:

Hold the spinner by one of outer frame weights and flick it while simultaneously tossing it lightly into the air. Next, catch it with your thumb and index finger mid-air without letting the spinner stop.

4) The Polarity Switch:

Spin the fidget in one hand pinching it with your thumb and index finger. Then flip it in the air and catch it with the thumb and index finger of your same hand without letting the spinner stop. Repeat.

MEDIUM

5) The X-tetrad Leapfrog:

Perform the Convertible on your index finger, then toss it in the air and catch it with your middle finger to continue the Convertible. Iterate until you reach your pinky finger.

6) The Single Tap:

Perform a convertible. Then toss the spinner in the air and catch it on the back of your hand without letting the spinner stop. Then toss it in the air to catch it yet again with your index or middle finger to return to the convertible position.

HARD

7) The Double Tap:

Perform The Single Tap twice. This becomes much harder as the spinner slows done during the second tap.

8) The 9-Fingered Death Punch:

Perform the X-tetrad Leapfrog until you get the fidget spinning on your pinky. Once you reach your pinky toss the spinner and try to catch it with your index finger to be able to repeat the X-tetrad LeapFrog again.

Good luck and keep practice hard!
